Customer Flow

  2. Select item type, size, and add-ons (labor, stairs, equipment).
  3. Review quote breakdown and confirm.
  4. Track fulfillment and receive a receipt-style summary.

Driver Flow

  1. Apply with vehicle details and service area.
  2. Verify identity and vehicle documentation (framework).
  3. Accept jobs based on capability and availability.
  4. Complete job with photos/logs (optional) and close out receipt.

Fleet Flow

  1. Register fleet and dispatch contact.
  2. Add vehicles and coverage zones.
  3. Receive jobs and manage fulfillment at scale.
  4. Track performance via reliability scoring (framework).
